Cancellation Policy
We understand that situations come up and life happens, there may be a need to cancel your child's appointment. When cancelling or rescheduling a session, please provide as much notice as possible by texting or emailing the practice directly on 0411 213 669 or hello@hideandspeech.com.au. The following policy applies:

No fee will be charged if more than 48 hours ’notice is given.

Cancelling or rescheduling more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will attract a charge of 50% of the session fee.

Non-attendance or cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of the schedule appointment will attract the full fee for the session.

In the case of a child waking up sick, the parent must please inform the clinic via text message or phone call by 8:00am on the day of the appointment.

If notice is not given, and the therapist arrives at the stated location the full fee will be incurred.
